Secure payment

What we accept

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus the wallets offered at checkout, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal where available in your country.

All amounts are charged in US dollars, taxes included. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a fee of its own.

Who processes the payment

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland, a PCI DSS certified provider, through our checkout platform LuminaPay. You are redirected to a payment page hosted by them, on a domain of ours, and your card details go to them directly.

Zephyr never sees, receives or stores your full card number, its expiry date or its security code.

Strong authentication

Where 3D Secure applies, your bank asks you to confirm the payment in its app or by code. If your bank declines the authorisation, the order is cancelled on the spot and nothing is charged. A pending line that disappears within a few days is an authorisation hold released by your bank, not a charge.

When you are charged

Once, when you confirm the order. We do not charge subscriptions, we do not store your card for later, and we never charge the difference on a price change after the fact.

On your statement

The descriptor corresponds to Zephyr. If you do not recognise a charge, email support@zephy-fan.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within one business day and refund immediately anything that is our mistake, which is faster for you than a chargeback.

Invoice

Your invoice is attached to the order confirmation email. Ask us at support@zephy-fan.com for another copy at any time, including a copy in the name of a company.
